The scientific committee that will assess the proposals for the workshops and the presentations is comprised of the following members:

  • Astrid Brousselle – Professor at the Université de Sherbrooke and holder of the Chaire de recherche du Canada en évaluation et amélioration du système de santé
  • Nancy Carter – Director of Evaluation Services at Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation, President of CES-Nova Scotia

He was member of the Executive Committee of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation and currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Evaluation Society Educational Fund

  • Marthe Hurteau – Professor and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Education at the Université du Québec à Montréal and recipient of the SQEP Recognition Award (2013)
  • Janet Ivory – Manager of Research and Evaluation at the Government of Nova Scotia, Past VP of the Canadian Evaluation Society
  • Johann Jacob – Coordinator of the CREXE, research professional and lecturer, École nationale d’administration publique
  • Steve Jacob – Professor at the Université Laval, Associate Editor of the French version of the Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation and Director of the Laboratoire de recherche sur la performance et l’évaluation
